Inspiration for the Mini Mutts came from my love of my late Miniature Pincher, Monkey Butt. To honor the special bond between Monkey and I , I created a memory pot. Out of grief, I realized so many folks have the same bond with their furry babies. My one-of-a-kind series are unique just as your pets are to you.

Mini pots are footed, sizes ranging from 3 1/2” to 4 1/2” tall to 4” to 4 3/4” wide. Glaze range is a variation of celadon, golden yellow and other glazes. All come gift boxes for you to give away as you choose or your very own keepsakes. I hope you enjoy these as much as I have making them.

I strive to capture your animal’s likeness and personality. However, it is not a exact portrait piece. For me it is definitely a love for animals through my finger tips.

His Flock

While pondering the philosophical and religious aspects of my humble existences, I felt led to created “His Flock”. My motivator is pushing me in the most welcomed way. Creativity is my gift.. In the same way herding dogs are pushing their flock to their destination. Guiding, caring and protecting “His Flock”.

Everyday I come to realize the astronomical blessing granted to my life. All the trials and tribulations I have traveled through, have made me what I am to today. I am grateful for all my experiences and proud to be one of “His Flock.”.

A labor of love would best describes my pet pottery. Placing ones pet on a piece of pottery adds such an enduring memory for one to keep for a lifetime reminding us of the love an devotion of our pets.

Whether you want a bowl, lidded pot, plate or a cremation urn, I would be honored to create one for you.

I mainly use stoneware clay then fire cone 5/6 oxidation. Each piece is a one-of-a-find treasure. Pricing based on customers requirements.

Sculptural imagery, both functional and figurative is what creates interest to Lindanne’s sculptures. Gestural studies in her figure pieces capture the frozen moments in time. Sculptural pieces, whether a combination of pottery and sculpture are designed to be used in either decorative or functional ways.

Our stoneware garden totems are handmade one-of-a-kind sculptures. Each is glazed in in multitude of colors. Constructed using a 5/8” all thread mounted onto a 3/8” plate of steel to secure for display.

Concrete bases also used for the intent of placement in the ground.

Totems are weather proof. May be installed inside or outside your home. They are movable and washable, even dishwasher safe or you can just hose them off. Un-stack the pieces, store like ornaments, then re-stack to a new locations.

Who says portraits have to be conventional? In my mixed media and graphite drawings, I prefer including personal possessions and treasures within the portrait. I liken this to an archaeological dig with images to remind us of all the good and bad things about the subject.

An example of my thought process can be seen in the Phillips Family portrait. I have included camellias within my aunt's dress, her favorite flower, and within my other aunt’s dress, her beloved Rat Terriers. My grandmother, in the center cradles the rest of the family. Her husband, my grandfather and nine sons displayed on her little dress.

The patterns repeating throughout my work are a tribute to my mother for her many quilts she made through out her life.

My oil painting style is a mix of French academic painting with heavy Edwardian paintings styles. Such an opposite contrast create a struggle withing my paintings. Painting is a passion and a forever learning exercise thus painting prices is NA.

Outside the box is just that. Heads outside the box. Made as an alternative for a memory of ones animal instead of a cremation urn. Since the sculpture is larger in size more detail is achievable. Average size is around seven inches. Prices begin at $275.00
